With her initial background in global logistics and a relentless drive for delivering value and achieving tangible outcomes, Denise seamlessly transitioned into a highly successful career in global financial services. 

During her remarkable 18-year tenure at MasterCard, Denise held a diverse range of roles that spanned across all global regions and product lines. Her invaluable expertise led her to immerse herself fully in the Latin America Caribbean (LAC) market, where she closely advised major banks in Central and South America for five years. Denise’s outstanding contributions and exceptional performance in LAC earned her the prestigious title of Mastercard’s Sales Champion. Subsequently, she was promoted to a pivotal position overseeing a crucial global business client, where she made a significant and tangible impact on both her client and Mastercard. 

In 2018, Denise’s exceptional leadership skills were recognized, and she was recruited by BMO (Bank of Montreal) to lead the transformation of their US payments business. As the accountable executive, Denise shouldered end-to-end responsibility for the payments business, encompassing a wide range of areas from financial and strategic planning to marketing, servicing, and operations.

Marcy Robbins, President & CFO

After graduating from Georgetown University School of Law with a Master's in Taxation, Marcy worked for the Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service. Subsequently, she was part of the wealth management team at Wachovia Bank/Wells Fargo. After years working in “big public” and “big private,” Marcy left the corporate world and founded MWR Consulting, Inc., – a consulting firm focused on advising high net-worth families with regard to estate planning, asset protection, and succession planning- which she still owns today. Additionally, Marcy is the President of Berman Moving & Storage. 

Marcy is known as a strategic, visionary, and thoughtful leader. Since taking over at Berman Moving & Storage, she has not only maintained, but expanded the company from a warehouse of 40,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet, modernized company technology, forged new customer relationships, increased the compensation and benefits of the staff, and fostered a customer-centric environment. Marcy delivers consistent results and efficiently executes the day-to-day efforts of her business.  Additionally, she is a relationship builder –both with her staff and her customers – which not only creates a good work atmosphere but also long and satisfying relationships. Marcy is an advocate of the ‘do business with friends’ theory, thus cultivates connections with that end in mind. She uses effective communication, listening, and consultative selling skills to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, overcome objections, offer customized proposals, and negotiate deals with both customers and vendors to make working with her a pleasant and successful experience.
